Good news for leaseholders who suffered at the hands of Estates & Management/ Proxima/ Fairhold and other companies under the Tchenguiz Family Trust empire
Vincent Tchenguiz has lost his court case against Grant Thornton.
He had claimed 2.2 billion pounds damages against them.
Whilst his brother, Robert swans around in Cannes with a lady from The only way is Essex (a bit of a come down from Caprice!) he might have a few concerns as he is believed to be deploying the same arguments as Vincent in his claim against Grant Thornton.
