That they are losing developments and still struggling to get their retirement division into ARMA has led to a high level decision to extract more income from residents.
To this end, they have created a "Surveyors Division".
These "Surveyors" are tasked to maximise Firstport's income by finding reasons to undertake work on developments. Naturally when possible Appello will win the contract.
Residents should be aware that in the following months, it will be decided fire and alarm systems need replacing, or roofs need "urgent" repairs or lifts need to be upgraded.
In all cases, nothing claimed by Firstport should be taken at face value. Always get an independent survey done. If it so happens that some work is needed, never use Appello. Insist another company carries out the work and make sure Firstport, or Firstport connected companies are not receiving any incentives or commissions.
