A Solicitor Does His Job Well
A recent comment on this site from an ex- retirement flat owner rightly praises their solicitor, who did an excellent job folowing the sale of the flat.
Going through the accounts the solicitor noticed that direct debits for service charges had been taken twice.
The overpayment was refunded.
In a disgraceful comment from Peverel/Firstport, the resident was told, "refunds for overpayments are only made when asked for?"
