In a very secret move that will send shudders through Cirrus, Firstport have decided to put Cirrus contracts for door entry maintenance out to tender.
About Peverel is given to understand, this is the first time anyone at Cirrus will have heard of this plan.
Firstport are particularly keen that such information does not leak out before they inform Cirrus.
Currently Cirrus are struggling to cope with a lack of skilled staff, and are therefore using sub- contractors to carry out work. They are hoping to hide this from residents, as such it is believed they order sub-contractors to tell residents they are from Cirrus if asked.
Sources suggest that this marks the beginning of a separation between Firstport and Cirrus that has been initiated by the stakeholders to protect them from cross contamination of any financial failure.
