More Freeholder Financial Chicanery
In a move that staves of Proxima GR Properties and Retirement Care (BH) defaulting on due for repayment loans, a new company has been created and those loans have been paid off by new financing for the created company.
All company assets are subject to a debenture to a third party for a period thought to be of 65 years.
The new company is named Belelguese, which is ironic since Betelguese is the brightest star in the Orion Constellation which will at some point explode in a Super Nova.
Nice to know they have named a company after an entity with no future!
