Petitions. Are They The Answer?

A very well respected regular contributor to this site Trevor Bradley, who has first hand experience of property management regrets that any petitions will not be effective as they will not garner enough signatures.

About Peverel agree with his views. As good as  they may sound, the reality is that those that would be petitioned already know the failings of leasehold and the actions of rogue freeholders and managing agents.

We believe justice for leaseholders is best served by exposing their scams to public scrutiny. In addition we must unite to thwart all their plans to exploit leaseholders.

Challenge everything! Never accept anything you are told by Peverel/Firstport at face value.

The number of times something claimed by Peverel/Firstport has totally unravelled when questioned is truly astonishing.

Above all, understand why Peverel/Firstport behave the way they do?

In essence, it iall about money. In Peverel/Firstport's case, the lack of money.

They need to find more and more inventive methods of releasing leaseholders service charge funds to pay interest charges on their debts.

It is unfortunate for them that as their financial position worsens, and those that really were experts in cheating leaeholders leave, less experienced managers are taking greater risks and making basic errors, which About Peverel will continue to expose.

The way to win is simply to carry on as we and our contributors have done thus far.

We are all making significant progress. Keep going!

PS

Just to let Peverel/Firstport know, we understand that they see the future as less property management and a concentration on the more profitable Appello Telehealth services. When the time is appropriate every local authorityand social housing care group will be circulated with comprehensive details of the true nature of Appello operations.
