Following the news that Julien Shepherd was suddenly moved from his role as Group Head of Procurement Firstport, About Peverel understands a new Group Head of Procurement has been appointed.
It is none other than Chris Owens!
The very person that has been caught out in lie after lie, cover up after cover up and in one case pronounced himself satisfied with a tender document that did not contain the name and address of the company tendering!
And this is the person that Firstport believe to be suitable to act in the very sensitive role of Group Head of Procurement?
