A Warning To Keith Shields Firstport
Mr Shields,
From posts on this site it is clear that Carol Crowe will not be missed by customers or fellow colleagues. A recent post suggests that Samantha Gibson would be pleased to step up into Carol Crowe's job and that you are giving consideration to this.
You may recall a rather disgusting comment made by a senior member of Firstport staff
"If you keep them waiting long enough they will either die or get dementia"
It may assist you Mr Shields as you decide on any new appointment to know that the senior member of staff that made this disgusting comment was in fact Samantha Gibson.
