For those that might be tempted to dispense with a live in house manager allowing for the sale of the flat, Beware!

About Peverel has learned of a case, in which Peverel/Firstport back tracked on their promise and did not pay the money over to the reserve fund after the sale of the flat.
Any offers must be put in writing, and a full explanation of in which capacity Firstport will be selling the flat must also be put in writing.
