Next year, Peverel/Firstport will slide into greater trouble as they prepare for a sell off.
Watch out for equipment suddenly becoming obselete or roof surveys that show the only part of the roof that needs replacing is the part that cannot be seen!
It is also thought that Interphone (which is still a TFT Group company) so is connected with Fairhold/Proxima will increasingly challenge Appello owned by Peverel/Firstport.
This will further reduce Peverel/Firstport income, but will as is usual be at the expense of innocent leaseholders.
If any work does need to be done, leaesholders should insist on using non-connected companies.
