Who are You Jane Forsyth At ARMA?

Searching for "Caroline" Forsyth shows she "owned" a company called The Flat Managers Ltd.
Further research shows The Flat Managers Ltd was part of Countrywide Estate Agents.
That is the Countrywide Estate Agents who pulled out of ARMA after a series of reports were published about the manner of their operations.
