ARMA Do A Deal With RICS
As if vested interests did not blight leasehold enough, About Peverel has discovered that the RICS has contracted ARMA to undertake regularity reviews on behalf of the RICS.
Clearly this represents yet another conflict of interest that what against the best interests of leaseholders.
On the 24th September 2014, Peverel/Firstport Retirement proudly announced that they had applied for ARMA-Q accreditation.
As of 06th December 2015, ARMA still cannot find a way to admit them. This is despite other Peverel/Firstport companies having been admitted.
No wonder don't want any publicity given to their conference!
