Advice For Richard Thwaites
Richard Thwaites has recently joined Peverel/Firstport in the role of Regional Manager. Having worked in the mobile phone industry for many years(Phones 4 U and Carphone Wharehouse until the merger with Dixons) he clearly has no experience either of property management or the manner in which his current employers operate.
About Peverel would like to advise Mr Thwaite, that residents are very clued up as to the methods of Peverel/Firstport. That they dare to ask who their freeholder is and ask to see any copy of a binding contract to manage does not make those residents "stupid" as you have said.
