Proxima Desperation
In a last throw of the dice move, Proxima GR Properties has done a deal with Rothesay Life, who have allowed Proxima to continue trading, but have been forced to pledge all their assets to Rothesay Life, who are a priority creditor. Proxima can only sell assets with the permission of Rothesay and any funds rsulting from any sales must be passed to Rothesay. The "Empire" is truly crumbling.
