Open & Transparent The Owens Version
You as a leaseholder may think you know what "open & transparent" means.
Chris Owens has a different version. In his world a contract to manage is "commercially confidential" and he is not "authorised" to share it with "third parties"
So according to Mr Owens, when it comes to the home you own, you are not allowed to see the management contract that governs the welfare of your development and the fees you pay for the upkeep.
You should alsao note, that whilst the Peverel/Firstport website boasts of their "super" customer charter, Mr Owens himself believes you to be a "third party" and therefore not a customer!
