We at About Peverel understand, that it can be from time to time tempting for a development manager to succumb to the financial incentives offered by local traders.

This is not exclusive to Peverel/Firstport.

Whilst wrong, if a development manager gets a few quid in their back pocket if they use a particular trader, it is not the end of the world if it is for something like a little paint job, or maybe a spot of window cleaning.

But tree surgery is in a different league. For obvious safety reasons, that has to be done by a qualified tree surgeon.

So may we appeal to the idiot development manager,who called in a friend who was a plumber to carry out tree surgery, not to do it again. It is very dangerous!
