Congratulations to Peverel/Firstport on winning a contract to manage a new development in Wembley.
Residents are not expected to move in until 2016, so initially they will not have to endure the truly awful Peverel/Firstport experience.
As with the majority of their developments, the appointment is not resident inspired, but is indluenced (no doubt) by a developer being offered the most incredible incentives to award the contract to Peverel/Firstport.
This would have to be the case , as anyone carrying out the most basic of checks on Peverel/Firstport would never appoint them to manage.
In what may be a sign for the future prospects for the development, Peverel/Firstport are advertising for a development manager, a year before anyone moves in.
Oddly, according to Peverel/Firstport, Wembley (9 miles from Leicester Square) comes under the East Midland Division!
Perhaps they confused Leicester Square, with Leicester?
