Peverel/Firstport Commercial Sensitivity

When asked about contracts to manage, Peverel/Firstport have used the excuse of "commercial sensitivity" to justify a refusal to answer.

In some small measure, all though wrong, About Peverel can see their point.

Were it to be that an outside party or direct competitor had full knowledge of every Peverel/Firstport development management contract that included pricing structures and crucuially the expiration date of any contract the competitor could simply target those developments and win the management contracts.

It would of course be the freeholder who would appoint the managing agent, though doubtless they would first conjour up a charade of a presentation to the residents to make them believe the outcome had not already been decided.

So have Peverel/Firstport have cause for concern?

That is an emphatic YES!

Nigel Bannister and Keith Edgar at Freemont Property Managers do have this information. They have the active support of the freeholders(Fairhold) who want Freemont Property Managers as partners , as this would re-unite the crooks in their mutually beneficial scams, which Nigel Bannister and Keith Edgar were principal architects.

Nor should the key role of Judi Runciman in the scams be ignored, nor her sudden support for Freemont Property Managers.
