As you would expect, About Peverel has little sympathy for Peverel/Firstport, but that does not mean we lack all compassion(especially for those that try to do a decent job who are overworked and underpaid)
Despite what the Peverel/Firstport spin doctors may say, they face several threats to their future, apart from the torrent of claims against them.
With regard to developments under their management, they are attempting to fight off competition, particularly from Rendell & Rittner (the next insurance commission scandal in waiting) Freemont Property Managers (run by the price fixing crooks that ran Peverel) and of course independent property managers who have left Peverel/Firstport, formed new companies and are trusted by residents.
So it is of no help whatsoever to the cause of Peverel/Firstport as they fight for survival, when a senior member of the Peverel/Firstport team gives active public support to a major competitor.
Judi Runciman, you are an absolute disgrace. Peverel/Firstport should sack you with immediate effect.
