The latest disaster to afflict Peverel/Firstport comes in the form of their much trumpeted technological systems.
As many will be aware, a new on- line ordering and payment system has been introduced for contractors.
This is to reduce Peverel/Firstport administration costs and to speed up supplies and payments to contractors.

The system has collapsed into utter chaos.
About Peverel understands that some contractors have not received work specifications, whilst others have not been paid.
Some contractors are becoming so frustrated, they will no longer undertake any work on behalf of Peverel/Firstport.
Much store was set by the introduction of tablet computers which were issued to House and Property Managers.
Typical for Peverel/Firstport, these tablet computers are suffering from compatability issues with the main Peverel/Firstport computers.
