The sheer audacity of Freemont Property Managers knows no bounds.
In a statement extolling the virtues of Freemont Property Managers Nigel Bannister comments " We are growing but our ethos will remain the same. The collective experience of our four directors and staff has enabled mistakes from previous companies to be eradicated"
No Mr Bannister. They were not "Mistakes"
What you and your fellow directors did was to deliberately target the vulnerable.
You systematicaly conspired to defraud them of many thousands of pounds.
And woe betide anyone who stood up to your corrupt practices.
You used the money that you cheated leaseholders out of to service debts connected companies had built up.
Collectively you became a byword for all that is crooked in property management.
Looking at Freemont now, and in particular looking at the staff you have taken on (perhaps the totally corrupt Sarah Whitehouse will be the next edition?) Freemont is Peverel Mark 2

No doubt your "appointments to manage" were not quite as straightforward as they may first appear to be, especially given the long term relationship with a freeholder who you had previously conspired with.
Presumably anyone thinking of appointing Freemont to manage, would at least "google" them, where the truth about the conduct of the directors will be laid bare.
Who in their right mind would ever trust Freemont?
