A Plethora Of Customer Surveys

Residents can expect  to receive customer surveys from both Peverel/Firstport and Estates & Management, neither of which is motivated by a concern for residents.

Peverel/Firstport hope that much of the blame for their own failings will be laid at the door of the residential house manager.

In this way they hope to encourage residents to dispense with the residential house manager, thus clearing the path to sell the leasehold on the house managers flat at a great profit, which can be used to pay down company group debt.

There may also be an advantage that by freeing themselves of a mortgage on a house manager's flat, the lender will have no further interest if the asset was not declared as having a restriction attached to it.

In the meantime, E&M hope that residents are critical of Peverel/Firstport, so they have an excuse to sack them in order to re-unite themselves with the very property managers that were so compliant with diverting funds to E&M.

The money tree fell down when the freeholding and management companies were separated during the administration.
