About Firstport

Concerns have been raised about Perverel/Firstport managing Mcarthy &Stone developments.

The current situation as we understand it, is that New Build Mcarthy & Stone developments are not managed by Peverel/Firstport.

Older developments for which Peverel /Firstport connected companies owned the freehold  are still managed by Peverel/Firstport.

Mcarthy & Stone sacked Peverel/Firsport from all the developments that they owned the freehold of. 

So a new Mcarthy &Stone, or non Peverel/ Firstport managed development is a much better prospect when purchasing a retirement flat.
