At "a loss to understand" Chris Owens 0, Telling the truth RB £9,735.14.

About Peverel believes that would bring the repayment figure to around £35,000 since the accounts were signed off and audited.

It is understood that the chairman, Paul Lester now wishes to speak in person to RB to finally settle matters.

This is very welcome and a change from his previous indifference to RB's situation.

Many congratulations to RB for his tenacity in never once buckling under the pressure put on him.

RB has taught all victims of Peverel/Firstport a valuable lesson.

Never believe what they tell you (especially Chris Owens).

Always fight for what is right.

Involve others in your fight.

For example, Paul Lester as well as being chairman of Peverel/Firstport he is also Chairman of Green Energy (a £billion company).

The Tesco Pension fund has a 30% holding in Green Energy.

So if you feel Mr Lester is chairman of a company that has defrauded you (maybe you are a victim of price fixing, or a member of staff (perhaps Sarah Whitehouse) has not declared a financial interest in persuading residents to end the role of a residential house manager) you should feel free to contact the Tesco Pension Fund with your concerns.

RB's case exposed that Peverel/Firstport did not have a valid contract to manage.

Peverel/Firstport went to the most extraordinairy lengths to prevent this fact from being brought in front of a judge. RB fought off every attempt to deny justice and was successful.

Even then, Peverel/Firstport attempted to cheat RB and defy a clear court judgement, by passing on to the new management company the judgement as a carried forward debt.

Could this have been an "administrative error?"

Remember, this was supposed to be the final hand-over accounts?

They had ben signed off by Peverel/Firstport and had been audited.

That is no "administrative error"

Indeed only days before £17,000 was returned to RB, Chris Owens was standing fully behind the final hand-over accounts, going as far as to say that he was "at a loss to understand RB's complaint"

Readers and the new Head of Legal Services, Russell Tillson(who comes to Peverel/Firstport with a very good reputation) can be very sure that RB is not a unique case.
