Regular poster and "Scourge of Peverel" Michael Epstein entered into a legal agreement with Jen Smurthwaite a solicitor employed by Bond Dickinson over payment of service charges.
Michael's concerns were twofold.
One, he was concerned that payments were not always properly allocated and two, he was concerned about Peverel/Firstport's refusal to show a valid contract to manage.
This still remains the case. Both Peverel/Firstport and Bond Dickinson have yet to supply any evidence of such a contract.
Despite the tardiness of Peverel/Firstport, Michael has kept to the agreed payment methods.
In an email he received today, Bond Dickinson have said that they have been asked to end the agreement entered into between Bond Dickinson and Michael as the Peverel/Firstport legal team wil now be handling the issue.
Just how Peverel/Firstport believe they can end an agreement between Bond Dickinson and Michael Epstein remains unclear?
Knowing how Peverel/Firstport operate, it does not come as a surprise that they are reacting in such a manner towards Michael, but the issue has not gone away.
Where is the valid management contract?
