It all depends! At a development previously managed by Peverel/Firstport, rsidents were paying £1.64 per week. this has now been reduced to 89p per week.
Tunstall who provide a similar service to Careline were charging residents 59p per week.
So it appears that residents are being forced to pay more for Careline if they live at Peverel/Firstport managed developments than non Peverel/Firstport managed developments.
This shoud be questioned. As should the Careline invoicing.
It has been suggested that Careline invoice Peverel/Firstport, who in turn invoice development service charge accounts.
Residents would be advised to compare the Careline invoice to the Peverel/Firstport invoice to reassure themselves that an "administrative error" has not led to an "accidental" near doubling of the original charge.
