About Peverel has a message for Gary Cox, Peverel/Firstport Property Manager.
In a statement you made to J.H you said "All issues had been concluded by Peverel/Firstport"
Gary, you can be very certain that those issues have not been concluded, however much you may wish it?
No disrespect is intended, Gary, but a Property Manager is a fairly junior role within Peverel/Firstport. As such you do not have the seniority or authority to make such an arbitory decision.
And yet oddly, the person who is senior enough, Chris Owens, Group Head of Customer Relations, passes the problems down several layers of management to you. Why do you think that is?
You should know how Peverel/Firstport operate by now?
Chris Owens knows he is in deep trouble . What better way to squirm his way out of trouble, than by passing the buck to a junior and totally expendable member of staff?
If you can't see that Gary, you must be stupid!
