In addition to claims that during discussions with residents over the future of residential house managers Sarah Whitehouse failed to mention any financial benefit to both Peverel/Firstport and herself, further very serious allegations have now emerged against her.
It now appears that before a crucial vote a number of anonymous letters were circulated to the residents.
Oddly, these letters were computer generated (at a time when few of the residents had acess to a computer or printer).
The notion that it was Sarah Whitehouse that was behind these letters gains credibility due to a fundemantal error.
Namely, the envelopes used were exclusively supplied to Peverel by Ace and would not be obtainable to anyone that did not have a supply contract with Ace.
That a resident in a retirement development in Knutsford would have a contract to supply envelopes with the same company that supplies Peverel is not really feasible?
For legal reasons, other evidence that About Peverel is aware of cannot be published at this stage.
Sarah Whitehouse should either now resign, or face instant dismissal.
