The Glorious Twelfth? Not For Chris Owens!

After months of denials and protests of being at a "loss to understand" once again Chris Owens, Head of Customer Relations, Peverel/Firstport has had to climb down!

Of course this only happened after he in person, was about to have legal action taken against him by RB under the 2006 Fraud Act.

All of a sudden on the very deadline day, surprise, surprise RB receives an email from Chris Owens including the sentence  "As there appears to be some doubt as to the legitimacy of the action taken"

£17,165,20 has been forwarded to the Maltings new management company, doubtless the rest of the disputed sums will follow shortly.

Leave aside the language used by Mr Owens,(who will ever believe a word he says?) make no mistake, this is a crushing defeat for him and Peverel/Firstport.

It does not only point out his and Peverel/Firsport's utter lack of integrity, but RB has proved to all long suffering residents, that you can "play the man" as well as the company.  

RB has demonstrated by naming an individual in any action, those individuals soon panic, aware that it is them that will have to take responsibility, and they cannot pass the buck?

About Peverel has reason to believe, that even when a settlement is reached at the Maltings, further action is planned. 

Why should RB not be compensated for time and stress caused by Chris Owens and Peverel/Firstport's  fraud under the Fraud Act 2006, and their subsequent actions in attempting to keep such a fraud hidden.

Mr Owens, it is time you took a realistic view with regard to your future.

Such is your position, it is time you were gone ,sir. Time you resigned.

UPDATE. Peverel/ Firstport has now refunded a further £8,000.

This payment now clears the way for a compensation claim to be made(which will be substantial)given the unique aggravated circumstances of which Peverel/Firstport including Paul Lester and Chris Owens were fully aware of.
