Peverel were featured on Goldberg Investigates on BBC Radio 5 Live yesterday.
The long term suffering of a leaseholder at the hands of Peverel/Firsport was broadcast on national radio. The story was very typical of the experience of thousands of Peverel's "Customers"
Naturally, Peverel made a short statement (they declined to be interviewd) expressing regret and their committment to improved customer service.
During the feature, Peter Bottomley MP made it very clear that in his view criminal charges should have been brought against Peverel for the price fixing fraud.
We presume those charges should have been brought against the current directors of Freemont Property Managers, and Andrew Davey, a Peverel Group director.
Such was the overwhelming response to the documentary, the subject of Peverel will be returned to at a later date.
