About Peverel hope you have enjoyed a much needed holiday, given how stressful it must be working for Peverel/Firstport. We would also like to wish Roger Cooper a speedy recovery from his "stress related" illness.
As you are aware you had agreed to a meeting at Ashbrook Court to resolve outstanding issues. However, you appeared to withdraw from the meeting when residents wanted to discuss items on their agenda and you wanted to discuss items on your agenda. Certainly there does appear much to cause residents serious concerns, which really do need to be addressed.
The invitation is still open to you, Samantha. We understand Tea, Coffee and biscuits will be made freely available.
So why not turn up Samantha? Why would a Regional Manager not wish to meet her customers? After all, if those customers are correct and fraud has been committed at Ashbrook Court, surely you would want to know about it?
