Misuse of ARMA Logo
In a recent interview for BBC Radio Sussex (the link can be found on Carlex) Michelle Banks (CEO ARMA) urged leaseholders to look for property management companies that displayed the ARMA Logo as an assurance of good standards.
However, not all companies displaying the ARMA Logo are members of ARMA.
One company in particular have found a sneeky way to make it appear at first glance that they are members of ARMA.
Freemont Property Managers, run by the former Peverel directors, have come up with an ingenius sleight of hand.
They have a facebook page and have added ARMA as a "like". Hence the ARMA Logo is displayed. Thus it appears that Freemont Property Management are members of ARMA, when they are not.
ARMA have yet to take any action.
