Beware a Tomlin Order
It is often the practice for Peverel/Firstport companies, assisted by their legal thugs, JB.Leitch to strain every sinew to batter innocent, cheated leaseholders into submission. If Peverel (as so often is the case do not have any legal basis for their claims) realise they are likely to suffer a heavy court defeat than at the very latest possible moment , they will reach a court backed agreement known as a Tomlin Order.
An unfortunate effect of a Tomlin Order is that the case remains confidential.
Therefore, we may never know of the latest Peverel/Firstport scandal, unless of course anyone has been to Leicester Crown Court recently!
