Freemont Property Managers is the company set up by Keith Edgar, Nigel Bannister, Philip Cummings and Andrew Barr. All these people held very senior positions at Peverel during the many scandals that afflicted that thoroughly corrupt company.
Their website made mention of their experience in property management, however, they never mentioned Peverel.
After a great deal of pressure from regular contributor M. Epstein on Facebook, they finally reluctantly relented and as of a few hours ago, Peverel finally gets a mention (even if it is done in a manner that minimises their role)
They even mention Barratt and Mcarthy & Stone ( though they don't say Barratt and Mcarthy & Stone sacked them from all the developments they were able so to do.
Currently, M. Epstein has told us that he appears to have been blocked from posting on the Freemont Facebook page.This is a small price to pay if the very mention of Peverel on the Freemont website protects potential Freemont customers from the activities of people who should have had lifetime bans from ever working in property management.
