Managing Agents cannot and should not start any legal action without instructions from their clients. 

Only the landord and right to manage company is entiltled to take action, which must be in their name.

So if Peverel/Firstport threaten legal action, demand a copy of instructions from the landlord/right to manage company.

Without this, whatever case Peverel/Firstport may bring before a judge, the case will be dismissed, before any other evidence is heard.
