Mark Hoyland has been appointed to a very senior role at Balfour Beatty,as they continue in their quest to survive. Currently, Balfour Beatty are shown as having liabilities of £3b!.
Readers might remember Mark Hoyland from his CityWest homes days.(He left them with liabilities of £5m. And of course, who could forget his rather "truncated" stay at Peverel?
