To no one in particular's surprise OM Property Management have qualified for ARMA-Q status. That Claire Banwell-Spencer and Sue Petri (very senior figures within the Peverel Group) happen to be (by coincidence) very senior figures within ARMA, will have course had no effect on the decision to recognise OM property Management as having met ARMA-Q status!
That the Peverel Group still have not refunded the price fixing fraud victims,nor refunded the 40% Kingsborough insurance "commissions" were told to leave a development by the Prime Minister, David Cameron and described as a "monstrous company" by the Energy secretary, Ed Davey, have had to refund millions in service charges from every part of the country, have been sacked from many developments and been dismissed by Mcarthy & Stone, have lost several senior executives (including their CEO during the ARMA-Q application process) and have changed their name, clearly is not of any consequence to ARMA, when deciding if Peverel Group companies meet the criteria for ARMA-Q membership.
