Peverel's Freeholder Calls In Receiver
Employcastle, the freeholder for Peverel's HQ in New Milton has called in the receivers as they cannot meet their debt obligatons. This explains the reson for the New Milton freehold being offered for sale.
There have been rumours circulating in the trade that their leaseholder (Peverel) have not paid Employcastle money owing to them, which pushed Employcastle nto a default.
It may be of interest to note thast the new head of Appello, Andrew Davey was a director of Employcastle.
