FirstPort. It Is Not Just A Name Change
Peverel would like leaseholders (customers as they call them) to believe that the change to FirstPort is merely a rebranding or name change. This is simply not true.
A Miss Sian Sadler has become a formation director for the folowing companies:
FIRSTPORT PROPERTY SERVICES LTD
FIRSTPORT RETIREMENT LTD
FIRSTPORT LTD
FIRSTPORT SCOTLAND LTD
APPELLO LTD
ROSEMARY CONLEY ONLINE LTD
KNIGHT SQUARE LTD.
This means that in due course the Peverel companies will be liquidated and replaced by the new companies. This is in an attempt to leave outstanding liabilities with the liquidated companies. It is but one more attempt by the Peverel crew to cheat leaseholders.
