Auditors Resignation
A regular contributor has received a comprehensive response from Peverel regarding the resignation of the auditors BDO. In fact it would appear from the statement that the only thing left out by Peverel is the truth!
Peverel say "we have changed our auditors as part of a regular refresh of our corporate advisers"
If this was the case BDO would not have had to resign, nor make a formal declaration that they had resigned.
As regards Peverel's "regular refresh" BDO have been auditing Peverel's accounts since 2006.
Is it mere coincidence that BDO resign hours before Peverel form new companies under the Firstport brand (not a name change as suggested, but entirely new companies) and a charge is registered against all Peverel's assets?
