We have come to expect nasty letters from Chris Owens to residents that have exposed the very sharp practices of Peverel. Now Jonathan Astle (operations director OM Property Management has joined in.
In a letter marked Strictly Private & Confidential, he has written to a leaseholder (who has obtained substantial refunds from Peverel for exposing what they normally claim to be administrative errors) a letter accusing him of harassing Peverel staff and imposing a 3 month ban on him contacting individual members of Peverel. Ironically, before the ban is up Peverel will no longer be the managing agents for the leaseholder (as they have been sacked)
Jonathan Astle works for a company that has consistently lied and cheated residents and has admitted to collusive tendering. He works for a company that has bullied innocent residents, who hounded Eric Mathews a 94 year old former WW2 Squadron Leader.
The leaseholder is a highly decorated war hero.
