Alpha RSL Make A Purchase
News has reached About Peverel that Alpha RSL have purchased 8 Peverell leaseholds. It is understood Peverel will continue to manage them. They have also purchased a small number of Ncarthy and Stone leaseholds (thought to be 35)
After other freeholds were purchased by Alpha RSL in Sheffield, it was found the Warden Call Systems and windows needed replacing. Alpha received a "donation" towards these costs.Alpha RSL concentrates on social housing and has registered charity status.
