Shock Resignation At Peverel HMF
For those that may be unaware, Peverel HMF is the division that "owns" leases on House Managers flats. That they "own" the leases is still open to considerable doubt.
Peverel HMF are being challenged on their right to "own" the leaseholds, and their right to borrow against the value of the leaseholds(and whether it was declared with the restiction of being a House Managers flat when loans were taken out) and their right to sell their leasehold.
The first indication that all may not be as we have been assured by Janet Entwistle CEO, Peverel Group, is the news of the sudden and unexpected resignation of the Peverel HMF auditors.
