The Great Escape In Hemel Hempstead
Congratulations to residents of the Spires, Hemel Hempstead, who despite the objections at the Upper Tribunal from Peverel, prevailed to win their freedom.
They claimed they should have been a party to the RTM .
However, at the tribunal they failed to provide a copy of any lease, and the tribunal ruled that a letter naming them as a managing agent does not make them a party.
