Peverel Woes Continue!
No wonder Peverel changed their name to First Port and more important separated the companies so that the managing division could be abandoned in a hurry?
Not only does the Tchenguiz portfoio sale threaten them (as the new freeholders would not want Peverel to manage their properties) but even worse is the number of former Peverel staff, who are very bitter at the way Peverel treated them, have formed or joined other property management companies and are currently pitching for current Peverel management contracts.
