Peverel Services Ltd have pubished their 2013 accounts.
It should be pointed out that the comparison for 2012 is not exact as 2012 covered a 10 month period.
Turnover increased from £12.1m to £14.8m. However this is explained by an increase of 22% in charges Peverel levied on associated companies.
Operating losses of 0.7m in 2012 increased to losses of £3.6m in 2013.
The net liability position in 2013 of £1m increased to £5.9m in 2013
Whilst bank loans decreased by £5M in 2013 (at the demand of RBS) loans from connected companies increased by £6.9m.
Though staff numbers were reduced to 184 in 2013 (compared to 211 in 2012) the wage bill increased from £4.7m in 2012 up to £6.5m in 2013. (clearly as was the case with the rescued Rover Group, some are doing very well by Peverel)
Chamonix were paid £427,000 and Electra £256,000 for "advisory services"
