Centurion Collections
In seeking to recover debts (whether owed or not) E&M/Peverel have resorted to engaging a debt collection company to send threatening letters. One of the companies used was Centurion Collections. This was a bogus company, and was never any more than a letterhead. In reality it was a case of E&M/Peverel trying to scare people into paying up.
This practice has been highlighted by the recent Wonga scandal, which has spread to banks and utility companies.
Anyone who has ever received a communication from Centurion Collections, should now take it to the police for further action.
