Section 20 Notice Rights
For anyone having their development decorated you should be aware of your rights under Section 20.
It may well be that Peverel will send a "summary" of quotes obtained 9and opted for what appears to be the cheapest one.
Never settle for a "summary" Insist you are provided with copies of the full quotes, including the addresses of the tendering companies.
You are allowed to make observations, which must be communicated to other leaseholders in order to comply with Section 20 notices.
Given what About Peverel has been alerted to in regard of decorations, you must not take anything for granted.
