Beware A RTM Trap
When going RTM, it is of vital importance that all connected parties are informed in the correct manner. When the RTM action involves Peverel this, who those connected parties actually are is not as easy to identify as one would think.
Several RTM actions have failed because not all paties were served with the correct notices, largely because the RTM company was not aware of all the connected parties.
RTM companies need to be particularly vigilant concerning "common parts" leaseholds.
