Setback For Robert Tchenguiz
As a result of a court hearing held in Guernsy, liquidators have the authority to sequest Robert Tchenguiz assets, as they try and recover £183m of debt.
The assets that may well be taken are said to include Albert Hall Mansions, The BAE site in Hampshire and a BT distribution centre in Leicestershire.
